If you join up and become a member you can of course chat and private chat plus you can create a profile, view other peoples profiles and private message them. 2ShotLove.com is geared for people living in Japan but as an over-seas visitor you can chat and or make friends with Japanese people through this site.
Public Chat - Free Chat and Adult Chat anybody can create or join.
Private Chat - Same as the "Free Chat and Adult Chat" but visitors cannot "watch" your chat. With Free Chat app, visitors can "watch" what you are chatting.
View Member Profiles - People who join 2ShotLove.com can create and view other members profiles.
Send Member Private Message - Members can send "Private Messages" to other members.
